Smart, Functional Living –
66.5m² of Comfort

At just 66.5 square metres, the Kowhai Home maximizes every inch with intuitive design:

  • Two generous bedrooms (each 3.0 x 3.0 m) provide ample space for rest.

  • A central open-plan living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining, creating a warm, welcoming space for connection and care with a ranch slider providing access to a covered verandah.

  • The modern kitchen features a central island, integrated appliances, and bar seating - perfect for sharing meals or quiet coffee mornings.

  • Laundry nook and storage are tucked neatly out of sight for easy functionality without compromising space.

Thoughtful Touches for Real Life

  • The bathroom has a thoughtful layout for ease of use with a corner shower.

  • Decking and outdoor flow offer a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy nature, to take in the view or garden outlook.

  • Large windows to bring in natural light or scenic views, creating a warm, airy atmosphere.

  • Built with high-quality materials and modern black timber cladding, this home is as beautiful as it is durable.
