How does it work?
Fill out the short expression of interest form below with your business details and your exclusive offer.
We’ll review your expression of interest and reply with a ‘Friends of Hospice Business Partner Agreement’ online form for you to complete.
Once we have the agreement back, we’ll then get your offer set up on the app.
We’ll let you know when your offer is live. We encourage you to promote the app and your exclusive offer in store and through your marketing channels.
Members show the app at your business to redeem your offer. You may wish to put the offer on your POS so you can track redemption.
