Volunteer for Lake Taupō Hospice

Volunteers are integral to everything we do. Without them we cannot exist!

Lake Taupō Hospice volunteers are a very important part of our service and we would not be able to serve the Taupō and Turangi community without them.

Specially trained and supervised volunteers provide a wide range of support services to patients and families, both in the home, our shops and at Izard Hospice House. They are a very special part of the Lake Taupō Hospice team and provide the helping link between the professional staff and patients and their family members.

Volunteers are immensely appreciated at Lake Taupō Hospice and in return we offer an opportunity for a person to truly make a difference.
