Volunteers are integral to everything we do – without them we cannot exist!

It may surprise you as to actually how many volunteer opportunities exist within Lake Taupo Hospice! We need lots of volunteers to enable us to deliver our services to patients in the Taupo and Turangi areas.  Are you keen to be part of our team?

However old or young you are, and whatever your motivation for volunteering is, we have something for you.

Whether you want to learn new skills, meet new friends, continue to feel useful or want to give your company a greater profile in your community – we have an opportunity which will add real value to our service

From one off projects great for clubs, business, families or groups of friends to get involved in, through to a regular commitment in one of our many different activities – there is something here for everyone. We even offer you opportunities to work in your own home at a time that suits you.

Why not check out our list of ‘patient centred’, ‘public facing’ or ‘behind the scenes’ roles to find one that interests you – or choose from one of our current featured vacancies.

If you are a company, family, group or someone with specialist technical skills – we can tailor a volunteering opportunity specifically to suit your needs.

Also don’t forget to follow us on Facebook to see what we are up to.
