Support for our Family and Whānau

Lake Taupō Hospice community services provides a holistic approach, supporting patients and their family/whānau and friends.

We understand that caring for and supporting a loved one with a life-limiting illness can be extremely tough, and we want to help you make the most of your time together.

We work closely with other healthcare providers such as General Practice Teams, to provide the best possible care for the people we support.  Our services focus on the whole family approach and includes education for the caregivers, specialist spiritual care, grief support and bereavement services.
